We hope that you experience the results that you were expecting with Joey New York products.
If you would like to send back your purchase, please note that unfortunately we cannot accept
any returns on skincare products that are more then 20% consumed and on any opened color
cosmetics. Exceptions cannot be made. Returns to Joey New York must be made within 30 days of the date on your original receipt which must accompany the return product. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement product. All refunds are credited to the original pay method. We cannot credit back sets unless they are returned with all the pieces, not as individual items. Please be sure that when you send back the product that you have prepaid the shipping charges, insured your package and that you have a tracking number for it.
